About Us
GROWTH FACILITATORS have been designing and implementing small, medium and large scale Leadership Development, Workforce/Team Performance, Engagement and associated Organisational Growth Strategies for 25 years.
We specialise in boosting Leadership Performance, Employee Engagement levels, Personal and Team Development, Innovation, Safety Attitudes, and a range of Organisational Development Strategies. Our point of difference is in the way in which we utilise Cognitive and Neuroscience/Neuro-Psychology based research discoveries proven to accelerate improvements in Attitudes, Beliefs, Perceptions and especially improve Mindset related issues hindering and enhancing performance. Neuroplasticity has provided a powerful tool to produce the equivalent of an Operating System (OS) software upgrade in both individuals and groups. Our programs provide these in simple, easy to use packages coupled with the inspiration to use them. Many still underestimate, to their detriment, the magnitude of impact achieved when applying this new science in the workplace. ‘Evidence based’ means highly predictable outcomes.
Lead by Brian Grindrod, GROWTH FACILITATORS consists of a team of experienced and efficacious program implementors, facilitators, trainers and coaches.
